Elite Pricing Plan for Hosted edition – features and benefits
Now that more and more subscribers of the Revive Adserver Hosted edition are outgrowing the Ultimate pricing plan, we thought it might be a good idea to present a more complete description of our Elite pricing plan.
The Revive Adserver Hosted edition is very popular with subscribers with low monthly ad volumes. As far as we know, there aren’t many ad tech providers that offer plans as low as $10 or $20 a month, and a rate of just $0.01 CPM. There are free options on the market, of course, but those generally come with some restrictions, like reduced functionality or slow performance. Revive Adserver Hosted edition, on the other hand, offers the exact same set of features and the exact same benefits for each pricing plan.
At the same time, Revive Adserver Hosted edition is a great choice for larger monthly volumes as well. A significant number of subscribers pick the Ultimate pricing plan, or started with a lower plan and then over time outgrow those and switched to the Ultimate plan. Ultimate costs $150 per month, and allows for up to 15 million ad requests per month.
Some subscribers even outgrew the Ultimate plan. As announced in March 2019, we anticipated this and put together the Elite pricing plan for that. Now that a number of subscribers have switched to Elite and others are getting closer to it, we want to take this opportunity to list the extra features and benefits that Elite subscribers enjoy.
The Elite pricing plan is a flexible plan, which will be tailored to each of our qualifying subscribers based on their actual usage pattern.
Once a subscriber switches to Elite, they will enjoy a number of extra benefits and a few additional features. Invoicing and payments are also slightly different from the other pricing plans.

Additional feature
White labeling
The Revive Adserver software can be configured to work with custom domains and to have the user’s logo displayed in the console. Elite subscribers get the option to make use of this, so that they can log in on the console with a subdomain of their own domain and their own logo, and the delivery tags for the ads will also be a subdomain of their own domain. Existing Elite subscribers have been contacted about this, or will be contacted very soon, and every new Elite subscriber will automatically qualify for this as well.

Extra benefits
Dedicated support
The Revive Adserver Hosted edition does not come with dedicated support. It is our aim to keep the service available for a very low price point, with the Lite subscription at just $10 a month. To achieve this, we needed to keep the operational costs as low as possible, and this also means that we do not offer support for the Lite, Plus, Premium, Super, and Ultimate pricing plans. Elite subscribers, on the other hand, do get access to technical support by email. Every existing Elite subscriber will receive a message from us with information on how to contact us for technical support, and this applies to new Elite subscriber when they switch to that plan as well.
Lower CPM rate
All subscribers with a Lite, Plus, Premium, Super, or Ultimate plan pay the same ad serving rate of $10 per 1 million ad requests. This can also be expressed as 1 dollar-cent per 1000 requests, also known as $0.01 CPM. In comparison with other ad tech providers, this is a phenomenally low rate.
Qualifying Elite subscribers will pay an even lower CPM rate, which will be tailored to their activity level. The monthly minimum total amount is always $175.
Paying for Elite subscriptions
In order to qualify for – and benefit from – an Elite subscription, a subscriber of Revive Adserver Hosted edition will first have to switch to the Ultimate pricing plan, and ensure that regular monthly renewal payments for that can be collected as usual.
Fixed monthly renewal charge
Their credit card provided will be charged on the first of every month for the usual $150 associated with the Ultimate plan. This covers the base usage level.
Any overage use will be charged after the end of the month.
Monthly custom charge
Every Elite subscriber will see a custom charge being applied to their payment method, after the end of the month.
This covers the overage use in the applicable month, multiplied by the custom Elite rate that has been established. The minimum monthly custom charge is always $25.
Any existing subscriber exceeding the monthly activity level that would make them qualify for an Elite subscription will automatically be contacted by one of our Product Managers, to arrange the details.
